Make contact with target school principal regarding:
Pitch to outline the project
Platform: Google Sites for collaboration, portability, sustainability and the ability to track traffic. Also a great opportunity to role model its uses and features.
Contact with Users: Innovator challenge shared with diocesan director who filtered the list of 47 schools down to 8 schools. Discussions and reviews of school annual plans filtered down to one school. Make initial contact with school principal with a brief overview, phone chats and video conference meet up with school leadership team, school visits to provide targeted support for the initial group of tech-savvy teachers who can empathise and define the need for Digital PD Library.
Testing phase: Website draft to be reviewed by initial group of tech-savvy teachers (to be identified as TST) to ideate, suggest improvements on the prototype
2. Commencement of direct conversations with school principal to develop the project
3. The school was offered 10 days code for staff to be released from class and work with me over the next 12 months.

My regular diocesan newsletter was cancelled so I put my energies into creating content for my target school to help them navigate the Twitter stream for quality PD.

Not successfully paired in the mentor-match program as yet - no success with 4 applications. I will need to reapply for Round Two.
